Abstract Expressionist Landscapes in Rust

I came across a rusting steel structure that was supporting the stairs and second floor of a building. In the various sections of that structure, I see three-dimensional, painterly abstract expressionist landscapes, naturally expressed through decay, with a notable suggestion of classical Chinese, monochrome ink landscape and garden painting aesthetics.
